Schedule actions

You can schedule actions that help you manage content availability and storage space. Actions include automated Changing Presentation Visibility, moving to the Recycle Bin, Removing Adaptive Bitrate, Optimizing Storage and Archiving.

These actions can be set for a specific date or period after a presentation’s upload date or last viewed date.

Note Your Mediasite administrator may have already configured default actions.

You can schedule the following actions:
