You must set presentations to
Viewable before they will appear in any published catalogs or Showcase
channels.
You can publish presentations to channels and YouTube. Click Publish on a presentation’s properties page to view its current publishing destinations, external publishing requests submitted for it, and to add new publishing destinations. On this page, you can also view the presentation as it appears in a catalog or showcase channel.

The types of publishing you can
perform will depend on how your Mediasite administrator has configured your
system. For more information, contact your Mediasite administrator. In some
systems, you may be required to submit external
publishing requests to publish to external publishing locations.
