Deploy Record Now Launcher

Record Now Launcher is run in the command line and requires that the Mediasite’s Service Root URL be passed to it as shown here:  

RecordNowLauncher.exe https://mymediasiteserver.mynetwork.net/mediasite

If you are the IT administrator, you use your IT tools to deploy Record Now Launcher on your organization’s Podium PCs.

To deploy Record Now Launcher on a Podium PC:

1. Obtain the Mediasite’s Root URL from your organizations’ Mediasite administrator.
2. Create a desktop shortcut that has the Mediasite’s Root URL passed to it. Users can click the shortcut to launch Record Now.
