Assign permissions for Record Now

To ensure users can perform the appropriate tasks and record presentations using Record Now, you must assign the appropriate permissions:

• Users must have permissions for the following Portal resources to manage the corresponding items: room configurations and rooms.
• Users need Recorder Management permissions and the appropriate permissions (Read, Write, or Monitor) for the Recorders they manage.
• Users who launch Record Now against a room must have Operate permissions for it.
