Time-based annotations allow you to add markers with information at specific points throughout a presentation. You can add annotations to a presentation to refer to a specific point in the video, include additional information about presentation content, or refer to outside information.
Annotations can also contain discussions, which allow viewers to comment throughout the presentation.
