Add annotations to a presentation to provide additional information to viewers. For annotations to post successfully, you must submit them at least one second apart.
To add annotations to a presentation:
1. Start the presentation and navigate to the point where you want to add an annotation.
2. Click
the Annotations button in the top-left corner of the
player.
3. Click Add Annotation.
4. In the Create Annotation window, specify the following:

Enter a title for the annotation. |

Enter body text that will appear in the annotation. |
Time |
Select a time (HH:MM:SS) in the presentation that you would like the annotation to appear. This will also create a clickable timestamp which will allow users to navigate directly to the indicated time in a presentation. |

Check this box to allow discussions on annotations contained within your presentation. |
5. Click Save. Annotations will appear on the left-side of the presentation in descending order, according to their timestamp. Annotations will also appear above the player’s seek bar.
