Once you add a playlist, customize it by updating its thumbnail image and updating the default settings.
To customize a playlist:
1. Click Content > Browse Playlists and navigate to the playlist you want to customize. On the playlist’s properties page, click Settings.
2. Click the playlist’s thumbnail image to open its properties page.
3. Click Settings and update the following settings:

Enter the title of your playlist.

Enter a short description of your channel (optional).

The name that appears in the URL.

Sort Order |
Select how you want to order the presentations in the playlist. Select Manual to organize your presentations manually in the playlist. |

This value is pre-filled with your username.

Visibility |
Select who will be able to see your playlist and the presentations included in it: • Private: Only you, the owner of the playlist, will be able to see its content. • Authenticated Users: Only users with Mediasite login credentials will be able to see this playlist and its content. • All Users: Anyone with access to the Mediasite can view this playlist and its content. |
Thumbnail |
Select an image file to replace the system-generated thumbnail. The thumbnail appears along with the playlists details in showcase.
