Navigating Premier Player

Use the player's controls to seek within or skip back in the presentation, navigate the slides, view supplementary materials, and interact with the presenter.

Click Play  to resume playback after pausing the presentation. Presentations automatically start playing when launched. Click the Pause button to suspend playback.

Click Mute  to mute or adjust the audio volume.

Click Adjust Playback Rate to speed up (up to 2x) or slow down (0.5x) the presentation.

Click Chapters   to navigate the presentation by chapter.

Click Captions  to view closed captions in the primary content area. You will also go here to adjust the caption settings.

Click Audio Tracks   to turn on audio description.

Click Picture in Picture  to overlay a smaller window with a second video or image in the corner of the primary video or image window. This option is not available when there are more than 2 streams.

Click Full-screen  to expand the player so that it fills the entire screen. This feature is disabled if full-screen mode is not supported by the browser or frame.

Use the seek bar to navigate through the presentation quickly. When you hold your mouse over a specific time using the seek bar button, the slide image for that time is displayed over the presentation.

When a gap appears in the timeline, this indicates that you are entering a new chapter. Move your cursor over a chapter to display its title.

Click the Show More to view the following settings:

Click Ask a Question to send questions to your presenter. When the form appears, enter your name, email address (optional), the subject your question is addressing, and your question. If you do not want to include the time in the presentation where you had a question, clear the Time check box. To send your question, click Ask Question.

Click Downloads to download transcripts as well as a podcast or video podcast version of this presentation. You will only see this button if the feature is enabled, and downloadable content is available.

Click Search to search a presentation's slides and closed captions. Enter the word or phrase you are seeking and click Search. Scroll down the search results list and click on a search result to go to the time it appears in the presentation.

Click Share Presentation to copy the presentation’s URL, which you can then share with others.

Click Help to view the online help.

Click Info to view the presenter information and links to external resources (if available).

Click Show Polls to see the presentation's polls. Click Take Poll on the same row as a poll to answer it.

If there are multiple streams, click on a stream to expand it and if viewing on-demand access additional display options. There is only one audio stream associated with each presentation, so changing the primary content displayed in the Premier Player does not change the audio.
