Replace media

When a file has a media file already associated with it, you can replace the file by uploading a new video or by recording a new video.

To replace a presentation’s media file:

1. On the presentation’s properties page, click the Replace Media drop-down list in the upper-left corner of the video preview window.
2. From the drop-down list, select one of the options below.

Upload New Video	Select this option to upload new file.
Record with Mediasite Mosaic	Select this option to launch the Mediasite Mosaic app installed and registered with Mediasite and record new video. Note This option is not supported after 31.12.2025.
Record with Mediasite Capture	Select this option to launch the Mediasite Capture Web-Based Recording tool. Mediasite Capture opens in a new tab, allowing you to immediately record, your screen, webcam, microphone and more.
