On the presentation’s properties page, you can copy or download the QR code image and share it with your audience. Your learners will use their phones to scan the image and access the presentation.
To share a presentation’s QR code
1. On the presentation’s properties page, click Share Presentation.
2. Right-click the image and select Save Image As…to download it. Alternatively, copy the image.
3. Share the image (paste or insert) with your audience via email, social media, or whatever method you use to communicate with your audience.
Share presentation with others using QR code
If the presentation
has not been made available to everyone, viewers may be required to log in
before they can watch it. If this feature is not available or not working
as expected, contact your Mediasite administrator to ensure you and your
audience members have the correct permissions.
