Below are definitions for data you may find in your reports.

Total Views |
The total number of times the presentation was watched (includes live and on-demand views). Each time a user opens a presentation and clicks the play button, it is counted as one view. Pausing and restarting a presentation in the same viewing session is not considered a separate view. |
First Watched |
Date the presentation was first viewed. |
Last Watched |
Date the presentation was last viewed. |
IP address |
IP address of the computer used to view the presentation. |
User |
Username used to view the presentation. |
Live Views |
The number of times the presentation was watched live. When a user opens a live presentation and clicks the play button, it counts as one view. |
On Demand Views |
The number of times the presentation was watched on demand. When a user opens an on-demand presentation and clicks the play button, it counts as one view. |
Time Watched |
The total amount of time (hh:mm:ss) the user spent watching the presentation. |
Peak Connections
|
The highest number of concurrent views for the presentation. |
Trends |
An intensity graph that highlights which parts of the presentation were viewed most. Views less than 60 seconds in duration are not displayed in the graph and grid. |
Platforms |
Graphical data showing the top web browsers and operating systems used to view the presentation. |
Coverage |
The amount of the presentation watched by a user. Example: A user opens a presentation and watches the first 30 minutes of a presentation, pauses the video, seeks back to the start and watches for 40 minutes. The coverage for this user is 40 minutes. In other words, the user spent a total of 70 minutes watching the presentation (total time watched), but in that time the user only “covered” the first 40 minutes of the presentation. |
