When a file has a media file already associated with it, you can replace the file by uploading a new video, a recording from MDR, or by recording a new video.
To replace a presentation’s media file:
1. On the presentation’s properties page, click the Replace Media drop-down list in the upper-left corner of the video preview window.
2. From the drop-down list, select one of the options below:
