Once you have recorded or imported a presentation, you can go to the Presentations page to do some basic video management, including uploading them to My Mediasite manually. Use the search feature and filters to locate your presentation. Sort the presentations by date (most recent, oldest) and title (alphabetical order, reverse alphabetical order) as needed.
To manage and upload recordings:
1. Click Presentations and use the search feature to locate the presentation you want.
2. Select a presentation in the list and click Play to preview it.
3. Click the Actions button … on the same row as a presentation and select one of the following options from the drop-down list:

Remove an imported presentation from the Presentations list. You cannot delete imported recordings from Mosaic. Instead, you must remove imported file(s) from their file location to remove them from the list. |
Delete |
Delete the recorded presentation from Mosaic. This action will immediately delete the corresponding recording file(s) from the system. |
Upload |
Upload the presentation to Mediasite. |
Rename |
Change the title of the presentation. |
Open in Explorer |
Launches a new File Explorer window and opens to the location of the presentation’s local file. |
Open in My Mediasite |
Select this option to launch the default browser and open the presentation’s link in My Mediasite. This option is available once the presentation has been uploaded to Mediasite. |
