If you are installing Mediasite Mosaic on your personal computer, you will download the software from the Microsoft App store and register it from My Mediasite. When you register Mediasite Mosaic with Mediasite, your credentials are saved, and a connection is automatically added to the server. Each time you launch Mediasite Mosaic, these credentials are used to automatically log you into My Mediasite.
To install and register Mosaic on your PC from My Mediasite:
1. Click Add Presentation. Navigate to the Capture Video section of the page and click More Information.
2. Click Download. This takes you to KBA4095 on our customer support website.
3. Click the link to go directly to the Mediasite Mosaic download page in the Windows App store.
If you are unable to use the Microsoft
Store, you can download the app from the KBA4095
page.
4. Download and install Mediasite Mosaic. When prompted, select Yes to let Mosaic access your camera and microphone. Your microphone will be selected as your default audio device.
5. When prompted, click Yes to view the introduction that takes you through the basic Mosaic features. You can also view the introduction later by clicking About > View Introduction.
6. Return to My Mediasite and click Register. Accept the browser prompt to launch Mediasite Mosaic.

Alternatively, you can go
directly to the Windows store and search for Mediasite Mosaic and download it to
your computer, install it, and then log into My Mediasite to register it. In
some organizations, Mediasite Mosaic will be installed and registered by your
administrator on a shared resource.
