For each Recorder, you can get information about its hardware and software. You can also apply software updates and restore images as needed
To apply Recorder software updates or restore recorder image:
1. In the Recorder List, click the See More button … on the same row as the Recorder and select View Recorder Details.
2. Scroll down the page to view details about the Recorder including the Recorder interface URL, its license status, hardware revision, number of inputs, IP address, etc.

3. Click Update to check the Customer Assurance Portal for software updates and apply them to the Recorder.
4. To revert the Recorder’s image to the version it shipped with, click Restore. When the confirmation message appears, click Ok.
Update software
When you restore a Recorder’s image to
its shipping version, you will lose all content, settings, and software
updates. If you are experiencing problems, contact our technical support
team on the Customer Assurance Portal for more information BEFORE using this
feature.
