Zoom audio transcripts and third-party captioning service, specified in
templates, cannot be enabled at the same time.
You can configure Zoom to generate audio transcripts that will be imported with the meetings. These are imported as .vtt files.

To enable audio transcripts in Zoom Cloud:
1. Log into Zoom as an administrator and click Account Management > Account Settings.
2. Go to the Recording tab and scroll down to Advanced cloud recording settings.
3. Select the Audio Transcripts check box.
