System Overview Cache Timeout |
• This value determines how long reporting database queries will be allowed to execute before timing out. When running large reports, you may want to increase this value. However, in most circumstances you will not need to modify this value. |
Report Cache Timeout |
• This value defines how long a report will be available after it has been run. Once the report has timed out, clicking the link for it in the portal will cause the report to be re-run. The default is 20 minutes.
|
Report Query Timeout |
• This value defines the length of time, when running a report, before an SQL query command times out. The default is 10 minutes.
|
Viewing Trends Minimum View Duration |
• This value defines the minimum length of time that a presentation needs to be viewed for that event to be included in Viewing Trends data. The default is 60 seconds. Therefore, if a user watches a part of a presentation for less than 60 seconds, it will not be included in the reports. This feature minimizes the impact that seek operations have on reporting data. |
Report Full Export Size Limit |
• This value defines the file size limit on exported reports. The default is 2048 MB. |
