You cannot publish presentations larger
than 2 GB to zip files.
When you publish recorded presentations as zip files you must unzip them before they can be played back, hosted on a server, or copied to a CD or DVD. Each zip file contains a launch file (Player.html) and all files required to view them.

To publish a presentation to a zip file:
1. Click the Presentations tab and click More > Publish to Zip on the same row as the presentation you want to publish.
2. You will see a status message indicating that the presentation is being published. Once the zip file is available, the File Download dialog appears.
3. Click Save and navigate to the location where you want to download the file.
