Publish presentations to folders

When you publish recorded presentations to folders they can be played back, hosted on a server, or copied to a CD or DVD. Each folder contains a launch file (Player.html) and all files required to view them.

To publish a recorded presentation to a folder:

1.  Click the Presentations tab and click More > Publish to Folder on the same row as the presentation you want to publish.

2.  Browse to the folder where you want to publish the presentation and click OK. You will see a status message indicating that the presentation is being published to the selected location.
