Export presentations to local folders

Back up your presentations by copying them to folders on locations accessible from the Recorder, like external hard drives or network folders. When a presentation is exported to a folder, it is not copied in a playable format. Instead, the presentation is in a file format that allows it to be recovered on other Recorders.

To copy a recorded presentation to a folder:

1.  Click the Presentations tab and click More > Export Presentation on the same row as the presentation you want to copy.

2.  Browse to the folder where you want to copy the presentation and click OK. You will see a status message indicating that the presentation is being copied to the selected location.
