Use Join’s advanced settings to schedule the removal of temporary call data and enable call tracing to help in troubleshooting technical problems.
To configure the advanced settings:
1. Use RDP to access the Join configuration page and click Advanced Settings.
2. Specify the following settings:
Temporary File Cleanup: Set an interval for the number of days in which Join will delete temporary call data.
Enable Call Tracing: Use to trace calls from their source to the destination. Traced calls will be stored in log files.

WARNING: Call tracing produces large log files and is CPU intensive
so only enable this feature for troubleshooting purposes. Make sure to disable
this feature once you have completed your troubleshooting efforts.
