Enabling playlists in showcases

Playlists are presentation collections that, once initiated, play continuously in a predetermined order. Playlists are useful for grouping presentations around a common theme as well as viewing presentations in a series sequentially.

You can enable playlist functionality in your showcase, which will allow your users to create and manage playlists that they can share with others. From a showcase’s properties page, you can manage all playlists created on it.

To enable playlists in a showcase:

1.  Click Publishing > Showcases and locate the showcase you want to update.

2.  On the showcase’s properties page, click Edit > Advanced Options and navigate to the bottom of the page.

3.  Select the Enable playlist functions in the Showcase check box. Click Save.

    You can also enable this feature when creating a new showcase.
