You can configure Zoom to generate audio transcripts that will be imported with the meetings. These are imported as .vtt files.
CAUTION: If you enable audio transcriptions in Zoom, make sure to disable
audio descriptions in the template you are using for the Zoom import
project. Zoom audio transcripts and 3rd party captioning service,
specified in templates, cannot be enabled at the same time.
To enable audio transcripts in Zoom Cloud:
1. Log into Zoom as an administrator and click Account Management > Account Settings.
2. Go to the Recording tab and scroll down to Advanced cloud recording settings.
3. Select the Audio Transcripts check box.
