To update multiple user profiles:
1. Click Security > Profiles and select the check box next to one or more user profiles.
2. Do one of the following:

Reset Desktop Recorder access |
Click Reset > Desktop Recorder Access to reset Mediasite Desktop Recorder (MDR) access for that user's profile. The user will need to re-register MDR the next time they launch it. |
Reset profile settings |
Click Reset > Profile Settings to return settings for the selected user profiles to the default values. |
Resend email invitation |
Click More > Resend Invite Email to send a user an email invitation to claim an inactive user profile. The invitation will be sent to the email address associated with the profile |
Clear user association |
Click More > Clear User Associations to dissociate a user login from a profile. The next time the user logs into the Portal or My Mediasite they will be prompted to create a user profile. |
Invalidate profile |
Click More > Invalidate Profiles to mark previously activated user profiles as invalid. |
Validate profile |
Click More > Validate Profiles to activate user profiles when an email server is not available for use with Mediasite. User profiles must be validated for permissions assigned to users will take effect. |
Change quota policy |
Click More > Change Quota Policy to apply, update, or remove quota policies assigned to the selected user profiles. Quota policies allocate users a certain amount of storage space on Mediasite and optionally impose restrictions when they exceed them. |
Reactivate profiles |
Click More > Reactivate Profiles to activate user profiles that have been marked as inactive because users have been disabled or locked in the directory, either by a directory administrator or based on failed login attempts. |
