As part of My Mediasite application settings, you will specify the email address of a person or organization your My Mediasite users can contact to receive assistance when encountering issues.
To specify the My Mediasite support email address:
1. Click Settings > Application Settings > My Mediasite.
2. Click in the Support Email: field and enter the email address that My Mediasite users can send questions and/or requests to when issues arise. This email address typically would be that of a Mediasite administrator.
3. Click Save.
