Remove a specific delivery option (Audio Transcriptions, Publish to Go, Podcast, and Video Podcast) from presentations. The options available for removal will depend on which ones are available in the selected presentations or folders.
WARNING: If you remove delivery
options on presentations that already have files generated, the files will be
deleted. If you want to replace deleted podcast, publish to go, or video podcast
files later, you must re-enable the corresponding delivery options so Mediasite
can create new ones. For closed captions, you must upload files manually or pay
to have your captioning service create new ones.
To remove delivery options:
1. Navigate to the folder you want to update, right-click it, and select Manage Content > Remove Delivery.

Navigate to the folder containing the items (presentations and/or sub-folders) you want to update, select the check box next to each item, and click Manage Content > Remove Delivery.
2. Select the check box next to each delivery option you want to remove.
3. Click Save.
