Change content

Update the content on selected presentations or a folder by applying a new stream group, updating the stream group’s settings (enabling/disabling slide generation or OCR), or choosing a new server group. You can only change content on unrecorded presentations.

To change content:

1.  Navigate to the folder you want to update, right-click it, and select Manage Content > Change Content.

Navigate to the folder containing the items (presentations and/or sub-folders) you want to update, select the check box next to each item, and click Manage Content > Change Content.

2.  Click Select a different Stream Group and choose a stream group. Optionally, update the streams by enabling or disabling slide generation on video streams and/or OCR on video and side streams.

3.  Click Wrong servers? Select a different Server Group and select a server group. The servers that map to the selected stream types are displayed.

4.  Select the Include Subfolders check box to change content for presentations in the selected folder’s sub-folders. The presentation list expands to include the additional presentations being updated.

5.  Click Save.
