To ensure users can perform the appropriate tasks and record presentations using Record Now, you must assign the appropriate permissions:
•Users must have permissions for the following Portal resources to manage the corresponding items: room configurations and rooms.
•Users need Recorder Management permissions and the appropriate permissions (Read, Write, or Monitor) for the Recorders they will be managing.
•Users who will launch Record Now against a room must have Operate permissions for it.
