Add delivery options (Audio Transcriptions, Publish to Go, Podcast, and Video Podcast) to a folder or multiple presentations.
Adding delivery options only affects presentations that do not already have these options enabled. It does not change existing delivery settings.
To add new delivery options:
1. Navigate to the folder you want to update, right-click it, and select Manage Content > Add Delivery.

Navigate to the folder containing the items (presentations and/or sub-folders) you want to update, select the check box next to each item, and click Manage Content > Add Delivery.
2. Select the check box next to each delivery option you want to include in your presentations. Affected presentations are listed:

Select this option to enable the creation of podcast (MP3) files and then select the podcast quality from the drop-down list. |

Select this option to enable the creation of video podcast (MP4) files and then select the vodcast project from the drop-down list. |
Publish to Go |
Select this option to enable the creation of portable presentations that do not require a network connection for viewing and then select a Publish to Go server from the drop-down list. |
3. Select the Include Subfolders check box to add delivery options to presentations in the selected folder’s sub-folders. The presentation list expands to include the additional presentations being updated.
4. Click Save.
